Refund policy

At & You Bridal we love our pieces and we hope you do too!

We do our best to accurately describe our pieces and show accurate imagery so you can make the best decision before you finalise your purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we do not have to provide a refund for change of mind. However, we want you to love your experience with us, so if you are not satisfied with your beautiful hair piece, your item may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below. 

7 Days to Exchange or Refund

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. 
  • Refunds will only be given to the original purchaser. 
  • Returns are at the purchasers expense and must be sent back via Australia Post Trackable parcel. 
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of & You Bridal and may be refused if we feel the product has been used or tampered with in any way.

Damaged Items

All of our items are packaged and boxed carefully for shipping, however should your piece become damaged in transit please email us immediately including images of the damage and we can assess for a replacement. If a product is no longer in stock a credit note or refund will apply.

Items That Can't Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Products marked "final sale" are not eligible for an exchange or refund. 

Our T&C's on the above

& You Bridal reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please email us at info@andyoubridal.com including your full name, date of purchase, item you wish to return and an outline of any issues you may have.

Express Shipping

For same day express shipping, orders must be placed by 12 noon. We do not take responsibility for delays with Australia Post.
