SHIPPING & STORAGE

Each of our orders are lovingly packaged and sent from Wollongong, NSW, Australia.

For same day Express Shipping, orders must be placed before 12 noon. 

Orders after 4pm Friday, all day Saturday and all day Sunday will be posted the following Monday. 

International orders take between 12-18 days to arrive. We are not responsible for further postage delays. 

Each piece will arrive in a signature & You Bridal  protective pouch. 

Many of our pieces are flexible and have fine wiring. During shipping it is not unusual for our hair jewelry to have a slight change of shape, bend or become flattened. Please note this is completely normal and can be adjusted to the desired shape or original form once you have received it.

We do recommend keeping it within its beautiful packaging when not in use for the best safety and longevity.
